Alan currently works as a Senior Technical Architect at Salesforce where he works with clients to help them get the most out of their Salesforce implementations. He has degrees in MIS and Cognitive Science and has worked in various industries doing development, DevOps and architecture. Alan has worked more than 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, both as a customer and consultant and has managed to wrangle 23 Salesforce certifications. His passion is in developing tools and processes that make people’s lives easier and more fun. Personal involve world travel, home renovations, and riding anything with 2 wheels. He lives in Tucson, Arizona with his wife, three cats and a dog.
