Ben Coleman founded Performa in 2011 after identifying a demand for expert Salesforce support with candid and flexible delivery. Having built up a wealth of experience in IT, Software and Salesforce CRM for over two decades, Ben’s knowledge coupled with a drive to establish his own business inspired him to capitalise on the rapidly increasing popularity of Salesforce. Delivering transformational projects for organisations across 30+ industries, Ben has grown Performa from working alone in converted stables to over 100 team members worldwide, servicing clients across the UK and Europe.
