Blanca Leon-Carter

Blanca’s journey went from Admin to Architect. She is a DevOps Advocate, a Salesforce Well-Architected Ambassador, and leads the way by empowering women and newcomers to dive into the DevOps space. She is so passionate about DevOps and breaking down barriers, she founded the Women in DevOps Book Club (more like a support group). Blanca helps lead RAD Women, on a mission to close the gender and diversity gaps in tech.
