Charlie Isaacs

CTO for Customer Connection, Salesforce

Charlie Isaacs has a track record of R&D leadership, starting with Verizon, where he served as VP of Engineering and headed a group of over 200 engineers working on Government and commercial applications. Charlie built the world’s first Customer Service in the Cloud offerings at companies like Broad Daylight (Oracle) and KANA (Verint). Charlie joined Salesforce in 2012 running Service Cloud Strategy and evolved into his role as CTO for Customer Connection. Charlie evangelizes and incubates new IoT, Digital Twin, and other emerging technology projects and builds POC’s and Workshops for customers. Charlie holds over twenty patents with many others pending.
