Heather Black

Heather is the founder and CEO of Supermums. Supermums is a global social enterprise, which was established to accelerate the careers of women within the Salesforce eco-system through training and recruitment services. Prior to this Heather ran a Salesforce Consultancy for 10 years which won the EMEA Salesforce.org Consulting Partner of the Year Award. She is 8 x certified, a Change Management and NLP Practitioner, holds a Diploma in Business Analysis Practice and Foundation in Agile DSDM Project Management. Since 2020 she has focussed her time on teaching the Supermums Consultancy Skills Course and is the Author of Internationally Best Selling Book 'Become a Super Salesforce Consultant'. Heather is a coveted Golden Hoodie Winner for her efforts in championing women in tech and was recognised in the 100 Most Influential Women in Tech by Computer Weekly and in the Tech Women 100 Awards by We are Tech Women, amongst other accolades.
