Richard Owen

Originally a researcher in astronomy, Richard spent 10 years building financial services software for Enterprise-scale teams before moving to Gearset 3 years ago. He leads Gearset’s Large Teams Product Group, where his focus is on helping teams with complex workflows work better together. As part of this, he’s been lead PM for Gearset Pipelines since it started, helping over 500 teams of all shapes and sizes establish and maintain their CI/CD processes.
